This detached villa is beautifully situated on open water, between the lakes Fluessen and Morra. On the 16-meter-long jetty, you can moor your own boat with a length of up to 8 meters. You can sail your boat onto the lakes in no time. That's enjoyment, every time.
Holiday home Aquaholic has a beautiful large garden that flows into a sheltered deck with jetty. From the comfortable lounge sofas you have a fantastic view of passing boats.
The house has a bright, modern interior with a large Smart TV and home cinema set for relaxing TV or watching Netflix. With the audio streamer, you can listen to your own favorite music.
From the living room you can step into the sunny garden through the patio doors. The semi-circular shape with many windows gives you a beautiful view of the garden and the water. The kitchen has a cooking island with a large wok burner for good cooking. And of course there is a large wok.
The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom is on the ground floor. This bedroom has a nice Auping bed with toppers and a private bathroom with bath and shower. On the upper floor are the other two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
As an option, you can use the air conditioning in the living room and on the upper floor.
In the driveway of the house there is enough space to park your car and a boat trailer. You can optionally charge your electric car with our own charging station.
The garden has two terraces, one of which is located on the water. The large garden is surrounded by hornbeams so you have a lot of privacy. If you want to have a nice BBQ, you can use the Big Green Egg as an option.
The sunken platform on the jetty gives a feeling of direct contact with the water. There is a swimming ladder so you can swim and there is a deck where you can launch a small boat or go fishing.
If you want to sit in the shade, roll out the sun sail above the deck or use the parasol at the large teak outdoor table. At the jetty, a (rental) boat of up to 8 meters with a draft of 1.20 m can be moored next to the owner's boat.
You can do all your shopping easily 2 km away in the village of Koudum.
