Spacious holiday villa with a total area of 188M2 in Zeewolde. Located on the Blue Diamond sailing route, next to one of the largest deciduous forest in the Netherlands. Large enclosed garden of approx. 900 m2. Suitable for 8 people. Good location for a trip to Amsterdam, Elburg, Harderwijk or Walibi. Ideal for staying with family or friends. The garden offers a lot of privacy. The park has an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court.

Spacious living room with open kitchen and a second sitting area that can be closed off. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, including 1 with a waterbed. Bathroom on the 1st floor with a 2nd toilet, shower and sauna.

During the renovation of our house (2022) in Apeldoorn, my wife and I enjoyed living in our home in Zeewolde for 8 months. The space in and around the house, the tranquility of the park with Elburg, Harderwijk but also Amsterdam not too far away. After our working life, this will be our base, until then we also want to give others the opportunity to enjoy our house and everything the area offers.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 60 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
