The house and garden is located on the south directly on sailing and swimming water with sailing routes to the Randmeren, Almere and Lelystad and on the edge of the largest deciduous forest in Europe with nature park "the silent core" with Konik horses, buffaloes and the tuurtoren with the Oostvaardersplassen at 10 min. distance. At the Park you can make free use of the swimming pool, tennis and jeu-de-boules courts

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
