Welcome to the Reest holiday home of Het Reester Voorhuis. The location is very rural and surrounded by green fields and within walking distance of beautiful nature reserves. Our accommodation offers the perfect base for walking and cycling enthusiasts. In addition to peace and nature, there is also the opportunity to enjoy various shops and catering establishments in the nearby villages of Dedemsvaart, Linde, Zuidwolde and Balkbrug. Due to the large, well-fenced garden, this house is very dog-friendly.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Bed linen, linen and kitchen textiles are provided. On request, we can ensure that pleasant places are created not only for you but also for your dog(s). We have baskets, crates, mattresses, blankets, food and drinking bowls in stock. You may also prefer to bring your own items for your dog(s).

Layout of the Reest house:
Entrance with washing machine, freezer and coat rack. Semi-open kitchen that is fully equipped. From the kitchen there is access to the attractive living room with dining and sitting area and a cozy wood-burning stove. The bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also located on the ground floor. On the top floor there is a landing with an extra sink and a cozy double box bed. There are 2 double bedrooms. From the living room there is access to a rustic covered terrace and the well-fenced large garden facing southwest.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation is possible free of charge without giving a reason from the tenant up to 3 weeks in advance. Other cancellation and/or changes to the rental agreement can be canceled by both the tenant and the landlord free of charge and without compensation in the event of force majeure, unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances such as a strike, government measures, environmental and/or natural disasters, pandemic, war, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the relevant or immediate family. Or if a situation has arisen through no fault or responsibility of the landlord, whereby it has become unsafe or impossible to rent out the property. In the event of a cancellation by the landlord, there is a full refund of the paid reservation. In the event of a cancellation by the tenant without thorough notification to the landlord within the minimum period of 3 weeks in advance, the 25% deposit will not be refunded. The remaining amount must be transferred at least 2 days before arrival. For a reservation with a shorter term than 3 weeks, immediate payment of the entire amount must be made. The cancellation conditions remain applicable.
