The wooded area invites you to long walks, for example through the Westerborkerstroom nature reserve. Cycling is a real pleasure here, with endless routes along moors, quaint villages and vast forests. So don't forget to bring your bike!

After an active day, you can fully relax in your private sauna or enjoy a good glass of wine on the terrace at sunset. The holiday park "Timmerholt" also offers numerous facilities, such as miniature golf, table football and rental of canoes and pedal boats. In the summer months, the lake is a wonderful place to swim, thanks to the excellent water quality.

Whether you are looking for adventure or just want to relax in nature, this country house offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in Drenthe.

De Norgeruil is a holiday home for 7 people. With a lovely spacious garden, which gives direct access to the adjacent forest.
Under the roof you can enjoy the fresh air or even serve breakfast on the picnic table.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Refrigerator, gas stove, combination microwave. On the side table you will find a coffee machine, Senseo and kettle.
By opening the doors in the living room you immediately reach the covered terrace. Here is a large picnic table for a morning breakfast perhaps? And lovely outdoor chairs for reading a relaxing book?
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms... This bedroom has 3 single beds. and a changing table with cot for the smallest
The other upstairs bedroom has a double bed with its own desk
The house has a contactless entrance
A playground has been placed next to the house. And you can also play in a lockable sandbox.

In the back of the garden we have a storage room where you can safely store your bicycles.
We renovated the bathroom this spring, so that there is more space to stand under the refreshing shower.
The living room and kitchen offers enough space for everyone to prepare a fantastic dish together.
There is free WiFi
We have also thought of the children. If the weather is bad, this play corner offers plenty of options.
The downstairs bedroom has French doors to the garden. You can hear the birds singing outside from your box spring bed.
If you need to do some laundry, you will find the washing machine on the landing/
There are two bedrooms on the landing. The bedroom at the front has a large box-spring bed. You will also find a children's bed here.
At the rear upstairs you will find a bedroom with two 1-person beds.
Outside we have equipped the garden with a playground where children can swing, climb and use the slide
