All 5 bedrooms have fire retardant doors. The smoke detectors in the house have been forwarded to the owner's house for safety.
There are also 3 shower rooms with rain shower, 2 bathrooms with toilet and double sinks of which the main bathroom on the ground floor also has a bathtub.
The sun-facing terrace can accommodate everyone and the large parasol can be folded out to keep out the sun.
You can relax in the infrared sauna or outside in the spa.
There is ample parking at the house, space for bicycles in the shed and a playground nearby. Public transport stops almost in front of the door and runs with great regularity towards Groningen and/or Assen.
