You will find this luxurious group accommodation 'Herenboerderij Exloermond' near the Hondsrug, the area of the Dolmens in beautiful Drenthe. Herenboerderij Exloermond is the most complete and luxurious group accommodation in the Netherlands and in a special monumental farm.

This beautiful monumental building is divided into accommodation at the front and one at the back. Both accommodations are 'separate' from each other and each have their own separate garden. Herenboerderij Exloermond is located at the back of this monumental building, with a view over the meadows. This accommodation can accommodate 24 adults, 1 teenager, 2 toddlers and 2 babies
Or: 22 adults, 5 teens (if the two French beds are shared by two children), 2 toddlers and 2 babies...

In total there are 7 luxurious, large family bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor. 1 of the large family bedrooms has two double beds. The doors of the box bed can be closed comfortably and the bed size is up to date. That room also has a French bed for one adult or two children.
There are 8 bathrooms in total (one is in the sauna room).

All rooms are large and luxuriously furnished in style. Upon arrival, the beds are already made and the towels are ready. All bathrooms are equipped with Ritual products and, just like in a hotel, everything is there. All you have to do is bring your own food and drinks, the rest is provided.

There is one very large kitchen with one large cooking island. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Boretti gas stove with 4 burners and one large round burner. The Boretti stove has 2 ovens. In addition, there is a combination microwave oven, 2 dishwashers, an American refrigerator with a cool and freezer section including an ice cube maker and a 'normal' spare refrigerator….

The house has several cozy lounge areas, and in a separate room a cozy English bar (with a keg cooler and a separate small refrigerator for wine, among other things). That room also has a wood stove where you can sit in front of in the evening with a glass of wine!

For relaxation and entertainment there is:
A large swimming pool (8 x 4 meters), a whirlpool (outside) and a wonderful sauna (for 6) with shower and a cistern with cold water. Your own wellness within reach!

In addition, how special do you want it to be, there is also a cinema with 13 seats.

In terms of games, there is a playhouse outside for the small children, a trampoline and a jeu de boules court.
There are also several terraces outside where you can sit comfortably.

Inside there is a shuffleboard, billiards table and a corner with toys for the little ones.

There is also a private gym for real sports enthusiasts/wellness people.

Outside there is also a barn where you can sit together. The barn also has a gas BBQ and a wood-burning stove. We supply gas plus a little wood. You have to take the rest with you.

The garden is completely enclosed with a fence so that both the children and your dog(s) can play safely.

The farm:

Herenboerderij Exloermond is one of the most beautiful farms in Drenthe and therefore also a protected national monument. 'The entire farm is 90 meters long and about 20 meters wide. The part you rent is half (so 45 meters by 20 meters) in the rear part of the house where the stables used to be.

In the beautifully renovated "part" you will be amazed by 15 meter high ceilings, authentic details and, above all, a lot of space and luxury.

And there is plenty to do. Of course, a few kilometers away there is the Hondsrug around Exloo with the sheep herd and plenty of space and peace for cycling and walking tours. Or for the children a day at the Drouwenerzand or Wildlands amusement park.

But there are also plenty of guests who hardly want to leave. Not surprising with all there is to do in and around the house! All this exclusively for your group, plenty of space but still cozy together. The perfect location for your family gathering or a multi-family holiday. The luxury of a hotel, but for your own group!
