This holiday home is located in a strip of forest in the middle of nature, with a spacious and magnificent view: the fens on the north side and farmland on the south side. Excellent for natural and
peace seekers. The sun terrace is completely private. One of the
fens has a beach with a shallow area to
swimming and sailing with small boats. The bungalow is only for
non-smoking. Next to the house is a shed with a charging point
for e-bikes. There is plenty of garden furniture and there are
 4 bicycles available. There is also parking space for two cars. There is
one bedroom  with a double bed and one with two single beds. Of course there is free fiber optic wifi. There is a 5-burner gas hob, combination microwave
and dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and
washing machine. Also separate toilet in the hallway. Comfortable furnishings
at a reasonable price!

Welcome to our bungalow! We always come here to relax, surrounded by the chirping birds in the garden and the hares and deer in the distance. On the edge of the fens near the house we enjoy the colors of the morning and evening sun. We also walk and cycle through the Dwingelderveld National Park and other nearby smaller nature reserves.
And everything else is there for a comfortable stay. We are happy to share this with others! Frank and Anneke.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant, for whatever reason,
rented on the agreed date cannot, will or will not accept, must
to inform the lessor of this immediately. A
notification of this by telephone must always be confirmed to the lessor in writing or by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 30% of the rental price
owed; if canceled up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the
starting date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
announces that it will not use the rented property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.

This is the nearby hiking area, also called Nuilerveld. It contains a flock of sheep and a few Scottish highlander cattle. Geologically very interesting area with, among other things, special vegetation, such as sundew.
A few kilometers away you will arrive in the Dwingelderveld National Park with visitor centers.
