ABOUT THIS GROUP ACCOMMODATION:

We wish you a warm welcome in our 'Holiday cottages' in the forest of Norg. One is suitable for 7 adults and the other for 6. Each cottage also takes into account 2 little ones (baby/toddler age). Both houses have a lovely garden with a roof attached to the house, so that you can always stay outside and enjoy your well-deserved holiday in peace. These houses are next to each other, yet separate. Extremely suitable, for example, for families with children who want to spend the holiday together and want to be on their own in the evening. The plots each comprise more than 850 m2. These are completely fenced and equipped with a cool playground for the children. Do you have (electric) bicycles? Store it safely in the lockable storage room on your own property.
After breakfast you step out the door with a plan to perhaps start a morning walk or one of the many other possibilities. To end the day you can prepare your own meal in the holiday home itself or visit one of the many restaurants in Norg and the surrounding area.

Nature and Environment:

You can really relax here! You really don't have to go abroad for a successful holiday! Our own country has it all: Beautiful Nature, undiscovered places with the Peace and Attention of / for the Drenthe Landscape. Always wanted to wake up in the woods? Do you finally want to disconnect from the stress of everyday life? Wake up in the morning with only the rustling of the trees and the chirping of the birds? A good night's sleep is guaranteed in Drenthe's nature. At night it is very quiet and nice and dark. And when the first rays of the sun show themselves, you wake up rested.
After you have booked with us, you will receive the necessary information about activities and sights a few days before the start. Such as the beautiful swimming paradise in Norg and museums for young and old. You can also cycle past the typical Drenthe villages such as Veenhuizen, Donderen, etc. The Authentic Center of Norg at approx. 500 mtr. Various restaurants and shops can be found there.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you decide to cancel, for whatever reason, you will owe us compensation. This amounts to:

In case of cancellation, the tenant owes us the following cancellation costs:

* In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the total travel sum.

* In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the total travel sum.

* In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the total travel sum.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not comply with the said payment term(s). This does not relieve you of your payment obligation. In case of cancellation on our part, due to an unpredictable situation, any money already paid will be refunded.
