We wish you a warm welcome in our holiday home De Norger Uil. You will immediately imagine yourself in the holiday atmosphere due to the modern and cozy interior, where you can walk straight from the living room into the spacious garden , where various seating areas have been created. The house has 900 m2 of private land and is surrounded by woods and fields where you can enjoy walking and cycling. The holiday home is suitable for 7 adults and 2 little ones (baby/toddler age) and has a lovely garden with a roof attached to the house, so that you can always stay outside and enjoy your well-deserved holiday in peace.
Also by bike you will pass the typical Drenthe villages such as Veenhuizen, Donderen, Roden and Zuidlaren. (For real cycling enthusiasts, we have a lockable bicycle shed on our own property) And for the children a playground with slide and swings. The nearby cozy and authentic center of Norg is about 500 meters away. Several good restaurants and shops can be found in the center of Norg. We wish you a warm welcome for your ultimate holiday in the woods !

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We are happy to receive families with children; For this we are equipped with, among other things, a playground with slide and swings.
There is also a lockable bicycle shed, on site, for the sporty cyclists among us.

If you decide to cancel, for whatever reason, you will owe us compensation. This amounts to:

In case of cancellation, the tenant owes us the following cancellation costs:

* In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the total travel sum.

* In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the total travel sum.

* In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the total travel sum.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not comply with the said payment term(s). This does not relieve you of your payment obligation. In case of cancellation on our part, due to an unpredictable situation, any money already paid will be refunded.
