Holiday home LLYR is located on the water of the Nijstad recreation area. This luxurious 6-person bungalow was built in 2021 and meets all current standards for a beautiful and carefree holiday.
The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a bunk bed. All these bedrooms have air conditioning. The luxurious bathroom has a rain shower, sink and toilet. The modern kitchen has a combimagetron, dishwasher and an induction hob. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The washing machine and dryer are located in the (outdoor) storage room.
The TV is equipped with Canal+ (formerly Canal Digital) and Netflix so that you can watch ESPN, movies and series in addition to watching normal TV. Of course there is also Wifi.
From the (living) room you have an unobstructed view over the recreational lake Nijstad and the children can use the large trampoline. The house is also equipped with fun board games for a drizzly day. Across the lake are various facilities such as a restaurant, beach, beautiful playground with cable car and all kinds of other activities.
The bungalow is rented with a granite garden table with 8 chairs, parasol and sunbeds. There is also an outdoor shower that is heated by solar cells.
All in all, a guarantee for a beautiful and luxurious holiday!
Fishing is allowed, but carp fishing must be done with a permit through Carp Nijstad.
CAUTION!
This property is NOT rented to (youth) groups and we will also check this. Of course, this also applies to a group of carp anglers. Of course, special situations are always negotiable.
