Beautiful 8-person villa with an even more beautiful view over the heath and Drenthe fens! Very spacious villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 150m2 of floor space.

This villa has one of the most beautiful locations in the park, enjoy the view of the heath and comfort of this villa on the edge of the park. This villa has a spacious living room with a view of the heath. On the side of the house is the dining area with open kitchen.

Also on the ground floor you will find the hall with an adjoining separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In the separate storage room you will find a washing machine with extra fridge / freezer.

On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 box-spring beds next to each other plus an extra box-spring bed. In addition, there is another bedroom with 2 box-spring beds and access to the balcony. The last bedroom is slightly smaller and has one box spring bed.

On the first floor there is also a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with shower and bath. An ideal layout for a perfect family holiday in Drenthe. Enjoy peace and quiet here with the whole family!

Holiday park Drentse Vennen is a wonderful place for peace seekers and nature lovers. The park is quietly located in a beautiful area that you can explore via beautiful cycling and walking routes.

Even directly at the park is a beautiful heathland for a nice evening walk. But there are also all kinds of fun activities and sights to discover in the area. In short, you can enjoy peace and quiet at the park but you won't be bored for a moment in beautiful surroundings!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

1.1 In principle, the Lessee can cancel the Accommodation free of charge fourteen (14) days after making the reservation. If the Tenant's arrival date would be within 30 days of the reservation date, the Tenant is not allowed to cancel the Accommodation free of charge.

1.2 If the Lessee cancels the Accommodation later than fourteen (14) days after making the reservation or if the Lessee cancels the Accommodation with an arrival date within 30 days after the reservation date, Fijn op Vakantie will charge cancellation costs to the Lessee. In addition to the administration fee, the cancellation fee is:

a. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the Tenant must pay 30% of the agreed price to Fijn op Vakantie;

b. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the Tenant must pay 90% of the agreed price to Fijn op Vakantie;

c. In case of cancellation on the arrival date, the Tenant must pay 100% of the agreed price to Fijn op Vakantie.

1.3 Cancellation of the Accommodation must be notified to Fijn op Vakantie by e-mail. Fijn op Vakantie will then immediately confirm the cancellation in writing. The cancellation confirmation will be accompanied by a note for the cancellation fee, depending on the cancellation. It is up to the Tenant to contact Fijn op Vakantie if the Tenant has not received a cancellation confirmation and/or invoice.

1.4 The fee will be refunded proportionally, after deduction of the administration costs, if the pitch is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday-maker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.
