This is a great place for those who love peace, nature and freedom. The detached house stands on approximately 1100 meters of private land and is located on a quiet road. There are various places around the house to sit and enjoy the sun and the view.
The house may be less suitable for young children because of the open staircase and the lack of stair gates. There is a playground nearby.
From the house you immediately walk into the nature reserve, a combination of forest, heathland and the stream valley of the Vledder Aa.
At least 50 different bird species are active on and around the site.
Nearby are the Doldersummer field and the Wapser field, both unique pieces of nature with Scottish Highlanders, a flock of sheep and rare animal and plant species.
It is an excellent base for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers.
The house is located directly on a bicycle junction route. The area is ideal for cyclists: kilometers of paved cycle paths along varied landscapes and characteristic Drenthe villages
There is a shed at the house to store your own bicycles if necessary.
