This attractive four-person wellness chalet in Diever, Drenthe, is the ideal place to completely relax and offers a garden with lots of privacy. Enjoy the luxury of a Finnish outdoor sauna and a lovely hot tub. The cozy holiday home is fully equipped and is located in a quiet location on the edge of the Drents-Friese would. The park 't Wildryck has various facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, bicycle rental, a restaurant and an entertainment team during the summer holidays. In the area you can visit charming villages such as Diever, Dwingeloo and Frederiksoord and make beautiful cycling and walking tours. Visit the famous Shakespeare Theatre or relax at swimming lake Het Blauwe Meer. For a fun day out with children, the nearby amusement park Duinen Zathe near Appelscha is highly recommended, as well as the special 'Kale Duinen'. This chalet is the perfect base for lovers of nature and wellness.

The cozy living room features a sofa with chaise longue, an armchair and a modern Smart TV and free Wi-Fi for entertainment. There is a sitting area with round table and four chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The house has two bedrooms: a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, both equipped with ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a private hot tub and a Finnish outdoor sauna, ideal for relaxation. In addition, you have access to a gas-fired barbecue for cozy evenings in the garden, which is surrounded by the tranquility of the forest.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
