Studio De Logeerruimte, in our sustainable house on the Lievingerveld in Beilen we have set up a 2-person studio that we call 'De Logeerruimte'. This wheelchair-friendly space can be rented for a pleasant stay in the beautiful and rustic surroundings of Midden-Drenthe.

In Studio De Logeerruimte you will find everything you need. Your own kitchen with refrigerator and 2-burner induction hob, microwave, comfortable double bed, warm cork floor, ocher yellow wall and cozy dining area create a cozy atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Explore the natural beauty of Central Drenthe, and relax in a space specially designed for your comfort.

Drenthe is a province with very beautiful nature, which you can discover in all kinds of ways. Studio de Logeerruimte is perfectly located with many options to discover nature nearby. You can go for a walk through the greenery or take your bike for a bike ride through the forests and heaths. Activities that are a little further away are also no problem, thanks to the excellent location near the highway and Beilen train station.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking conditions Studio De Logeerruimte

The landlord will confirm availability and, if agreed, send a reservation confirmation by e-mail containing the most important details, such as the rental period, the total rental amount, and any additional costs. When booking, the tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount within 48 hours. The reservation is then considered final.

Late payment automatically leads to cancellation of the requested reservation. The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the planned arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid for confirmation within the advance payment period.

Additional costs include surcharge for a second person, tourist tax and final cleaning costs. By making a final reservation through an initial payment from the tenant and confirmation from the landlord, an agreement has been entered into with a payment obligation.

Cancellations must be reported in writing (via e-mail or letter). If you cancel within 48 hours of the booking date, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. If you cancel up to 60 days before the planned arrival date, the cancellation costs are 30% of the amount due. rental amount. If you cancel between 60 days and 30 days before the planned arrival date, the cancellation costs are 60% of the rental amount due. If you cancel 30 days or less before the planned arrival date, the cancellation costs are 90% of the rental amount due.

In case of cancellation one day before, or during the first day of stay, or later than the planned arrival date, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of the rental amount. We recommend that you take out travel insurance that covers cancellations for unforeseen circumstances.
