The landlord will confirm the availability and, if agreed, send a reservation confirmation by e-mail containing the most important details, such as the rental period, the total rental amount, and any additional costs. When booking, the tenant must pay an advance amount of 30% of the total rental amount within 48 hours. The reservation is then considered final.

Late payment will automatically lead to cancellation of the requested reservation. The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid for confirmation within the period of the deposit amount. 

Additional costs are Surcharge for a second person, Tourist tax and costs for final cleaning. By the final reservation made by a first payment from the tenant and a confirmation from the landlord, an agreement has been entered into with a payment obligation.

Cancellations must be notified in writing (via e-mail or letter). If cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. If cancelled up to 60 days before the planned arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the rental amount due. If cancelled between 60 days and 30 days before the planned arrival date, the cancellation fee is 60% of the rental amount due. In case of cancellation 30 days or less before the planned arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental amount due.

In case of cancellation one day before, or during the first day of stay, or later than the planned arrival date, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of the rental amount. We suggest that you take out travel insurance that covers cancellations for unforeseen circumstances.
