The apartment on the first floor is very generously laid out. It has a large entrance hall with patio doors to the living room with kitchen. The large windows let in a lot of sunlight on all sides. The kitchen has a large dining table for 8 people and is fully equipped with electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and combi oven.
Adjacent is the stylish sitting area with corner sofa, armchairs and of course a flat screen television.
There are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with two box-spring beds. One room also has its own shower, sink and toilet.
At the back of the apartment is the balcony room. Here is a sofa, flat screen television and patio doors to the balcony. The sofa is also a sofa bed (140x180) making this room suitable as an extra 4th bedroom for the 7th/8th person.
The general bathroom has a shower, stylish double sinks and a spacious bath.
Through the balcony room you enter the balcony with a 6-person dining table.
In the vestibule of the apartments on this first floor is a small room with washing machine and dryer that you can use.
Next to the building there is room for one car per apartment. Further on, there may also be a public parking lot at the church.
DEPOSIT
Most holiday homes require a deposit, which is calculated separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Island Rental. You pay the deposit with the remaining payment and will be refunded within 14 days if no damage is found.
