LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE
The apartment is very spacious. It has a large hall with patio doors to the living room with kitchen. A lot of sunlight enters on all sides through the large windows. The kitchen has a large dining table and is fully equipped with an electric hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher and combi oven. Next is the stylish sitting area with a spacious corner sofa, armchairs and of course a flat screen television.

At the back of the apartment is a conservatory with a sitting area, flat screen television and patio doors to the terrace and garden. When 6 people (or less) come, this is an extra living space. But this room also has 2 box-spring beds and is therefore also very suitable as a (large) bedroom for the 7th or 8th person.

The other 3 bedrooms are also equipped with two box-spring beds. One room also has its own shower, sink and toilet.

The general bathroom has a spacious shower, stylish double sink and a spacious bath.

There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, which can be regulated per room. In the vestibule of the apartments on the first floor is a small room with a washing machine and dryer that you can use.

The garden and terrace on the ground floor are only available for this house (so you don't have to share). There is room for one car per apartment next to the apartment. There is also a public parking lot near the church.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
