De Zilverplevier (3) is a luxurious 8-person house equipped with all comforts. It has a living room with an open kitchen that is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, Nespresso and kettle.

Through the living room there are doors to the terrace with patio furniture.

There is a separate toilet in the hall and one on the first floor. There is a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available for one car per apartment.

Good to know
The Silver and Gold Plevier can be coupled and are separated from each other by means of a soundproof sliding wall if they are booked separately. .

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
