Very spacious entrance with separate toilet, bathroom and entrance to the utility room with Finnish sauna.

Spacious living room with sitting area, flat screen television, wood stove and doors to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a Nespresso machine, induction hob and combi oven. The dining area has a 10 to 12-person dining table.

BEDROOMS (5)
In total there are 5 bedrooms. Four with two box-spring beds each and one with 4 box-spring beds. Perfect for families consisting of, for example, 8 adults and 4 children.
 
On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with 2 box spring beds (90x220cm). On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds and one bedroom with 4 beds.

BATHROOMS (3)
On the ground floor is a bathroom with a double shower. Also on the ground floor is the Finnish sauna. On the first floor are two more bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a shower and bath. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

OUTSIDE
Around the house you lack nothing. On the wooden terrace is a large dining table with parasol, sun loungers and lounge set. There is also a Jacuzzi with outdoor shower and a swing on the grass.

There is a private parking space for 2 to 3 cars.

* The jacuzzi can be used weather permitting. For your own safety, it is not recommended to use the jacuzzi from wind force 5, it is prohibited to use it during thunderstorms and storms.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
