The open kitchen is equipped with every luxury including a convection oven, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, Teppan Yaki plate, 2 dishwashers, large side-by-side fridge/freezer combination and a spacious 10-person dining table made of Ameland beach wood. There is also a fireplace.

In the basement is a large bright recreation room with TV, DVD player and games. There is also a separate toilet and a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The dune villa is largely equipped with underfloor heating.

Bedrooms (5)
There are 4 bedrooms with custom-made box-spring beds (210 cm) from Mérens, a traditional Dutch traditional natural product for optimal sleeping comfort. The 5th bedroom is specially equipped for children with box bed bunk beds with a luxurious mattress of 200x90cm.

The east and west suite have a double bed and both have their own bathroom with bath and shower. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with 2 separate box-spring beds with a view of the forest.

Wellness and bathrooms
In the basement there is a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a design rain shower. On the first floor is a separate bathroom with bath and shower and a view of the Hollum lighthouse. The two other bathrooms are ensuite to the 2-person suites. There are also 2 separate toilets.

Outside
In the area around the villa is a large dining table and there are various sitting / lounge areas for sunbathing, reading a book or just enjoying the view. There is a trampoline and plenty of space for children to play. Unique is the heated outdoor shower, ideal after a visit to the beach!

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
