Casa Manta

Our apartment is located in the new Aldea Zama area which is built in the green jungle area between Tulum center and Tulum Beach.

Living room/kitchen:
In the living room with open kitchen you will find a pleasant sitting area with a smart TV on which you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and more. The backrest of the sofa can also be folded down so that a 5th adult (max 1.80m) can sleep and underneath there is a mattress that can be pulled out so that  another child or small adult (max 1.70m) can sleep (this place is very narrow, which is why we do not actively promote this).

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with cold water tap and freezer, an oven, 4 burner stove, coffee machine, blender, kettle and toaster. Of course, cooking utensils are available for cooking. Through the living room you have access to the balcony, which is equipped with sun protection screens which give you shade during the day and privacy in the evening but can be opened to enjoy the tropical view.

Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms, the first is equipped with a king size double bed and a smart TV, also equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. The second room has a queen size double bed. Both rooms have a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet.

Facilities
All bed linen, towels, beach sheets and tea towels are provided and included in the rental. You will also find toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms for your use. There is a third toilet next to the living room and the apartment is also equipped with a laundry room with a washer / dryer combination for 8 kg of laundry which is at your disposal.

Cleaning
Cleaning every 5 days and after departure is included in the rental. If you want extra in between, this is possible for a small fee.

Streaming services
Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ apps are present on both TVs, but you will need to have your own account if you want to use them. Logging in with your own accounts is at your own risk, please do not forget to log out all your own accounts when leaving the apartment to avoid use by third parties.

Note on the video: this was made after the first furnishing, in the meantime the sofa has been replaced and some other adjustments and we have made the rooms a lot cozier. The photos show the furnishing / decoration (summer 2022) with the exception of the evening photos.
