Holiday home in Mexico, Quintana Roo – apartment Casa Manta
Living room with open kitchen. The comfortable sofa is also a sofa bed for a 5th adult (max height 1.80 m).

The living room/kitchen has its own air conditioning and fan.
Fully equipped, including a complete kitchen with oven and hob, large refrigerator. (Except for a kettle ;), they don't know that in Mexico)
Balcony with sun screens that keep the apartment cool (helped the air conditioning of course)
Spacious first bedroom with turtle theme and king size bed, 42 smart TV, spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, silent fan and private bathroom.
Bathroom at first bedroom with private toilet and a lovely rain shower!
Second bedroom with a beachy vibe and a lovely queen-size bed, also with private bathroom, air conditioning, fan and spacious wardrobe.
Bathroom at second bedroom does not fall for the other bathroom!
The infinity pool on the roof offers a delicious refreshment after a day of ruins or the beach!
Relax in the evening with a delicious Mexican beer or wine with a movie on Netflix, Disney + or Amazon (own account required, outdated photo)
Or of course enjoy the sultry evenings outside! (obsolete photo)
On the roof, next to the pool, there is a spacious terrace to sit with a group in the evening.
The entrance to the building is located in the traffic closed area, just a minute's walk from the road.

The living room with bar and TV.
On the spacious terrace we have a private swimming pool where you can cool off on the hot days!
The sofa can also be folded out into a double bed.
At the pleasant sofa you will also find sockets including USB-A and USB-C connections.
The kitchen is equipped with a very spacious fridge / freezer, oven, electric hob and sink. In the many cupboards you will find a coffee machine, a mixer and a toaster.
The bedroom is equipped with a lovely large double bed, power points and reading lights (missing in the photo). Of course there is air conditioning.
More than enough storage space in this space cupboards, and the sliding doors to the terrace with private pool.
Bathroom has a spacious sink, large mirror, toilet and rain shower. There is also a hairdryer and wonderfully soft towels available.
Private swimming pool with sun terrace is accessible via the spacious balcony of the bedroom.
The ground floor is characterized by this attractive shared swimming pool with sun loungers. The pool continues behind the photographer and ends on four sides in private areas.
The six sun loungers are placed in a so-called water surface, so you can easily cool off with your feet or hands on hot days without getting up!
One of the three baths in the building, this is the so-called conversation pool and is the only one of the three covered.
The third part bath is found on the roof. This so-called jacuzzi has the most fantastic view over the jungle and the ocean in the background. Ideal for sultry evenings.
On the same floor as our apartment is also this gym, a joga room, office space and a laundry room.
