For those who love peace and quiet, our Villa is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Located in the cultural heart of Italy, it is an excellent base for visiting one of the many beautiful cities, such as Florence and Rome or one of the many smaller villages or towns in the area. There are also numerous possibilities in the field of sports, water sports, hiking, horseback riding and cycling, on a regular 'electric' or a mountain gravel bike.
Tutte le Due is a spacious apartment of our Villa, it is created when La Cantina and Il Magazzino are merged. It is comfortable and fully equipped. It has a living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed (can also be used as two single beds, both have their own bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. Possibility to add 1 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob with extractor hood. Of course, the kettle and the coffee maker are not missing. It is situated on the ground floor, has its own entrance and terrace and is adjacent to the garden with the swimming pool.
Our grounds with the apartments are spacious, so you can enjoy the garden and the swimming pool at a sufficient distance from each other.
The apartment is completely sustainable, cooking on induction, hot water from solar panels and heating and cooling is electric.
