The property is located in a hilly and quiet position 6 km from the well-known town of Todi. There are also tables and chairs on this side of the building for outdoor dining. The house is suitable for 11 people. A baby cot is also available. The house is divided into 3 apartments. Each apartment has a living/dining room with kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom (all with shower and toilet). The smallest house is suitable for 2 persons. The second has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The largest has 2 bedrooms with a double bed (it is possible to place an extra bed in one of the bedrooms). The 3 apartments all have: refrigerator, kitchenette, oven, TV, toaster, American coffee maker and Wi-fi internet connection. There is a washing machine in one apartment. Shops and supermarkets are 6 km away in the town of Todi. The nearest restaurant is 1.3 km from the house (Trattoria Cibocchi), many others available in Todi and around the town.
