The house is located in the south-center of Umbria, 5 km from the village of Melezzole and 6 from Castel dell'Aquila (20 km south of Todi). It is located in a hilly and quiet position with panoramic views. The house has been restored / furnished in the year 2019 and will be rented to holidaymakers from the end of May 2020. The property has a large garden with a swimming pool of 10x5 meters, all for the private use of the tenant. The 2nd building 20 meters north is also part of the property, but it is not inhabited. So the holidaymakers have 100% privacy. The house can accommodate up to 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a dining room with table and chairs for 6 people and kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). On the left there is a bedroom with a double bed and next to it a bathroom with shower. On the other side there is a room with 2 single beds and a private toilet. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a cot. It is also possible to add a baby cot in one of the bedrooms with a double bed. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. In front of the house there is a terrace with gazebo and table / chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a large covered terrace 10 meters from the house that overlooks the swimming pool, equipped with table chairs. A barbecue is available for cooking (the outdoor oven cannot be used by the guest as it can be easily damaged if not used correctly). There is a gazebo by the pool equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers around the pool. Bakery, butcher and a small supermarket are available in the village of Melezzole. In the village of Castel dell'Aquila (6 km) the following shops are available: 1 supermarket, 2 small supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy and 2 bars. More shops are available in the towns of Avigliano Umbro (8.5 km) and Amelia (20 km). The Semiramide restaurant is 2.5 km from the property (just outside the village of Melezzole).
