House with private pool Lake Bolsena

The property is 10 km from Orvieto, Lake Bolsena and its charming villages and Civita di Bagnoregio. In addition, there are nice villages to visit in the area and the liugging is very suitable to visit Umbria, southern Tuscany, Rome and northern Lazio. The sandy beaches near Tarquinia are 1 hour away and the famous region of the Argentario is 1h20. Siena and Rome are both 1h30 drive away, closer are many other beautiful villages and towns such as Civita di Bagnoregio, Tuscania, Todi, Montepulciano. Orvieto's motorway and train station are a 10-minute drive away.

The entire property is for the private use of the tenant (house, garden and swimming pool are not shared with other people). The house is suitable for 4/5 people (4 adults + 1 child + 1 baby) and has a private garden (completely fenced) with a 4x8 meter swimming pool (1.5 meters deep). The pool is accessed via a gate and is completely fenced. In the garden is a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining (overlooking the pool), for cooking there is also a barbecue available. There is a covered terrace on the other side of the house (can also be used to park the car in the shade). The house has on the ground floor of: dining/living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, small bedroom with single bed given that it is a small room we recommend it for a child/young person of max 10-12 years. On the 1st floor you will find 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, the other with two single beds (can be joined together). Both have air conditioning. A baby bed is also available on request. Wi-fi internet connection available free of charge.

In the village of Torre San Severo (2 km from the house) there is a food shop and some other shops. Supermarket and more shops 10 km away in the villages of Bolsena and Porano. Large supermarket (COOP), open every day until 8 pm (including Sundays), next to the exit of the motorway at Orvieto (15 km). Nearest restaurants: Il bosco del pesce 1 km away, Il conte 2.5 km away, Fuorimano 3.5 km away. Other recommended restaurants: Il boccone del prete (near the Porano, very characteristic in a cave), Il corsica and La Palomba in the historic center of the city of Orvieto. Nearest golf courses: Acquapendente Golf Club 15 Kms, the Golf Club Nazionale Resort is 70 km away. Orvieto Train Station is 12 km away, you can reach the center of Rome in 70-90 minutes.
