L'Ortensia is located on the first floor of our house. It can accommodate 5 to 8 people and consists of a kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed can be extended into a single bed. The large bathroom is located in the hallway.

Outside there is a spacious balcony of 28m2, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner "al fresco".
The apartment has large windows, so there is a lot of light and is modernly furnished. The kitchen is more than complete, with fridge / freezer, oven, induction hob and a dishwasher.

Bath towels are provided and the bed is made for you.

Introducing: we are Theo and Marjon Helmer and we emigrated in 2020 to beautiful Umbria in Italy. Our house is located halfway up a hill and therefore there is a beautiful view over the valley and various villages in the area. The two apartments on the first floor therefore have a wide view. The detached house in the garden, Il Tulipano, is an oasis of peace.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by tenant

Cancellation by the tenant must be communicated to L'Ortensia by e-mail.
After receiving the cancellation, L'Ortensia will send a confirmation of the cancellation.
If you cancel within 7 days of the booking confirmation, the deposit will be refunded by L'Ortensia.
In case of cancellation after these 7 days and up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes 50% of the rental amount.
In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes the full amount.
Canceled reservations cannot be transferred to third parties unless the tenant has received permission from L'Ortensia.

Cancellation by La Rosa

If circumstances force L'Ortensia to cancel the rented property, L'Ortensia will immediately inform the tenant. If possible, an alternative will be offered.
If an alternative cannot be offered, or the tenant does not accept the alternative, L'Ortensia will refund the amount already paid. The tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim this amount.
