I Fiori is located on the first floor of our house. It is a combination of two apartments, with a connecting door. Therefore, it consists of two living rooms, two kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies. It is suitable for 7 to 10 people. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, one also has a balcony. The large bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed can be extended into a double bed. In one of the living rooms there is a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. There is also a large bathroom that is reached from the hallway.

On both sides there is a large terrace (28 + 36 m2) where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner “al fresco”.
The apartment has large windows, providing plenty of light and is modernly furnished. The kitchens are more than complete, with fridge/freezer combination, oven, induction hob and a dishwasher.
Bath towels are provided and the bed is made for you.

Introducing: we are Theo and Marjon Helmer and we emigrated in 2020 to beautiful Umbria in Italy. Our house is located halfway up a hill and therefore there is a beautiful view over the valley and various villages in the area. The two apartments on the first floor therefore have a wide view. The detached house in the garden, Il Tulipano, is an oasis of peace.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation by tenant

Cancellation by the tenant must be communicated to I Fiori by e-mail.
After receiving the cancellation, L'Ortensia will send a confirmation of the cancellation.
If you cancel within 7 days of booking confirmation, the deposit will be refunded by I Fiori.
In case of cancellation after these 7 days and up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes 50% of the rental amount.
In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes the full amount.
Canceled reservations cannot be transferred to third parties unless the tenant has received permission from I Fiori.

Cancellation by I Fiori

If circumstances force I Fiori to cancel the rented property, I Fiori will immediately inform the tenant. If possible, an alternative will be offered.
If the tenant is unable to offer an alternative or does not accept the alternative, I Fiori will refund the amount already paid. The tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim this amount.
