Casa Cappuccini is our holiday home in Umbria.

We live in northern Italy and we want to share our holiday home with guests coming from all corners of the world.

Our House is the perfect place to relax in the countryside between the olive trees and vineyards. Each evening you can enjoy a nice glass of wine from the view of a beautiful nature sunset on Lake Trasimeno

Cancellation policy:
• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), he will still be liable for the full rental price.
