As soon as you step inside, you can feel it: Villa Poparello exudes warmth and elegance. The architecture reflects the soul of Umbria – with authentic brick walls, wooden beamed ceilings and a subdued colour palette that beautifully showcases the natural light.
The main house is designed to be together. The open kitchen is the beating heart of the house – a place where conversations flow, just like wine. A stylish wood-burning stove and subtle lighting create an intimate atmosphere, which flows into a bright dining room and a cozy living room where a crackling fire invites you to long evenings on comfortable sofas.
The bedrooms are an ode to peace and comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a serene double room with ensuite bathroom – a place to truly unwind. In addition, there is a second room with a high-quality double sofa bed, ideal for extra guests. On the first floor is the spacious master suite with ensuite bathroom: an oasis of silence, where you can enjoy the view over the rolling countryside in the morning wrapped in soft linen – and maybe stay for a while.
The adjoining guest house has its own character. A bright living room with kitchenette provides the perfect setting for quiet mornings with a book and an espresso. The two bedrooms are decorated with care: an elegant double room with a view of the hills, and a cosy room with two long single bunk beds – ideal for children or friends.
The modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower is wheelchair accessible and exudes the same understated luxury as the rest of the house. On request, one or two additional guests can comfortably spend the night on the sofa bed in the living room of the guest house.

For the youngest guests, there is a playfully decorated area where they can discover and play, while adults enjoy a good glass of wine in one of the shaded lounge areas. Here you live outside – with all the comforts of inside.
