The villa is located 2 km from the charming village of Montecchio in a hilly location with fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards. It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing in contact with nature (no other houses nearby).

It has a private garden with swimming pool (6 by 12 meters, depth from 1.60 to 2.50) with springboard. The entire property is for the private/exclusive use of the tenant. The swimming pool is equipped with 5 sunbeds and some sun loungers.

The villa has a portico covered with lush vegetation that creates an ideal cooling area for hot summer days. This area is equipped with a table and chairs for 10 people for outdoor dining.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor there is a nice open space with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, sofas and a dining area with table for 10 people. In this room there are two large, bright windows.

On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and another bathroom with shower. The iron staircase in the living room leads to the 1st floor, where you will find a bedroom with a double swing bed. Another staircase takes you from the living area to the basement floor with living room (TV area and table tennis table). There is a double sofa bed in the living room and a double bedroom with a full bathroom with shower. Baby cot available on request.

In the village of Montecchio there are: bar, bakery, 2 butchers (at one it is also possible to buy cooked meals), small supermarket, grocery store, pharmacy. There are 3 more supermarkets and other shops in Baschi (11 km). Large COOP supermarket, also open on Sundays, available in Orvieto Scalo near the motorway exit. Recommended restaurants: La Perla (in the center of the village of Montecchio, also has takeaway service), Sala della Comitessa (Baschi, 11 km), Casa Vissani (Baschi at 11 km), Casa Vissani (Baschi at 11 km). high quality but very expensive), Il fontanile (7 km from Montecchio). At 10 km it is possible to visit the Falesco winery (visits and tastings from Monday to Friday). 200 meters before arriving at the house, there is a short, steep, cemented road section.

From Montecchio it is possible to quickly reach the main cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria, Rome and the north of Lazio and the south of Tuscany (it is located 20 km from the Rome-Florence motorway, exit Orvieto). Orvieto train station is 25 km away, from the train station it is possible to reach Rome and Florence in about 1.30 hours.
