The house is located in southern Umbria (not far from the border with Lazio and 100 km north of Rome), in an area rich in nature and tourist attractions. It is an ideal place to spend a quiet and pleasant holiday. The house has been meticulously renovated and retains its original features. The entire property is for the tenant's private use. It has a large house, an outbuilding, a swimming pool of 10x5 meters, a Jacuzzi hydromassage and a gym house. The main house has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room, terraces (covered and not). The two dependencies are located 30/50 meters from the main house and have a bedroom with bathroom (can only be rented together with the main house). The property is suitable for a maximum of 12 people (+babies). It is surrounded by a large private garden. The swimming pool (10x5 meters) was built a few years ago and is equipped with Roman steps and outdoor shower. The pool can be covered at night (useful to maintain water temperature). In addition to the main building, there is also a small fitness room and a jacuzzi. The terraces of the main house are equipped with garden furniture, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Supermarkets, bakery/pastry shop, bars and other shops are available in the village of Castel dell'Aquila (2.5 km). Larger supermarkets in the village of Avigliano Umbro (6 Kms) and the town of Amelia (15 Kms). The supermarkets COOP (via 1 maggio nr.31 - Amelia) and Superconti (via Nocicchia nr.32 - Amelia) are open on Saturdays until 7:30 pm and are also open on Sunday mornings, the Eurospin supermarket (Via Roma nr.205 - Amelia) is open on Saturdays until 8:00 PM. The nearest restaurant/pizzeria (also takeaway) is 5 km just outside the village of Sambucetole. Recommended restaurants: La Gabelletta (outside Amelia on the road towards Foce), La Locanda del Conte Nitto (in the old town of Amelia), Il ristoro del Falco (restaurant/pizzeria).
