The property is located 1 km from the village of Avigliano Umbro, about 20 km south of the beautiful town of Todi, 40/50 km from the well-known towns of Spoleto / Orvieto and 110 km north of Rome. It is a detached villa with a private garden, the entire property is for the private use of the tenant. It has a large garden of approximately 2500m2, completely fenced and has an entrance gate. There is space to park cars on the north side of the building, shade is provided by trees and the building itself.
