Oasi

Casa Oasi is located in south/central Umbria in a hilly area with many forests.

The building is of the 'semi-detached' type, but the tenants have a garden with a private swimming pool. The large garden (20 meters away from the house) that you can see on this web page belongs only to the Casa Oasi house, the neighbor (1 person) is not the owner of the holiday home and therefore has no right to use the garden or to use the swimming pool. The swimming pool is 11x5.5 meters.

The small pool building has 2 showers, 1 toilet, small refrigerator for drinks and cooking area (3 fires), there is also a barbecue next to the building. If you want to eat by the pool, there is a table in the shade between the trees 15 meters away. The garden also has a second terrace with table/chairs and a large wooden lounger.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people (4 bedrooms, one of the rooms is an intermediate room). 1 bedroom also has air conditioning. In the basement you will find a second dining room with cooking area (wood oven and fireplace) and toilet, this room remains very fresh even in the summer. House and garden are not suitable for people with walking difficulties. In the village of Castel dell'Aquila (6 km away) there is 1 supermarket, 2 small food shops, 1 bakery, 2 bars and a pharmacy. More shops are available in the villages of Avigliano Umbro (8.5 km) and Amelia (20 km). Restaurant 3 km away.

m2:150 Ground floor: kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed 1st floor: bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom (shower), intermediate room with single sofa bed and access to a 2nd bedroom with double bed (this room has air conditioning) and private bathroom ( bathtub/hydromassage). There is no door between the 2 rooms, only a curtain. Basement: 2nd dining room with cooking area and toilet.
