It's a very good base to explore Tuscany. The Siena, Florence and Pisa are respectively 42, 72 and 76 kilometers away.

It is relatively cheap to fly from Amsterdam to Pisa with Ryanair from Eindhoven with Ryanair and Dusseldorf-Weeze with Ryanair. You can rent a car at the airport.

Hello all, I live and was raised in The Netherlands, which is a beautiful country. But in my modest opinion nothing beats Italy as a holiday itinerary. The beautiful landscapes, medieval cities and towns and not to mention the art are just magnificent in Italy. Since 2007 I successfully help Roberta and Stefano, who are the owners of Podere Grignano and good friends of mine, with advertising and managing their holiday homes by listing them on different sites and liaising with the clients.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking, the following cancellation costs (percentage of the total rent) apply:

In 1994, Roberta and Stefano decided the busy life in Florence in favor of a life on the paradise Tuscan countryside. They bought Podere Grignano, an almost 600 year old farmhouse with its 100 hectares of land there in the first place wine and later to grow olives.

The location is fantastic on a hillside with panoramic views, strategically situated between San Gimignano and Volterra. The Siena, Florence and Pisa are respectively 42, 72 and 76 kilometers away.

In 2006, the 19 th century barn converted into 2 luxury homes, so more people can enjoy the exceptional location.

I am a good friend of Marco Stefano and Roberta and their help since 2006, renting their apartments. This because they are not fluent in foreign languages.
