We rent beautiful and fully furnished mobile home at Camping Paradiso in beautiful Tuscany by the sea.

Camping Paradiso is a nice campsite for your holidays. It is located about 900 meters from the beach and about 2 kilometers from the beautiful promenade of Viareggio. English, German and Dutch are spoken at the reception. The campsite has a swimming pool, a playground, a football field, a restaurant, a supermarket, a bar and a shop. Washer and dryer are available for a fee.

The campsite offers a free shuttle bus to the beach. Bicycles can be rented on site. In the high season, children's entertainment is offered. Information is available at the reception.

The mobile home is fully equipped. A kitchen, a living area, two bedrooms (for five people) and a beautiful veranda where you can relax until the early hours of the morning with a glass of Italian wine!

We are a friendly family from Durmersheim in Germany. We live and work here and own a mobile home in Italy that we rent out to holiday guests. At the beginning and end of the season, we go there ourselves and enjoy the time – it's a beautiful place that we love very much, especially with our children.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the host by email (even if they have already informed the host by phone, for example).

Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest informs the host only at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rental property (any longer), he remains liable to pay the full rental price.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Spiagge Bianche is a very beautiful white beach with clear blue waters near the village of Vada. This clear water and white beach were caused by the salt discharges from the Solvay soda factory. This beach is accessible free of charge (an exception for the Italian beaches), except for parking you pay about 10 euros for the whole day. It's a beautiful beach and well worth it.
Tip: Bring your own food and drink, there is not really a beach bar.

The Grotta del Vento, literally Cave of the Wind, located in northern Tuscany, is one of the largest caves in Europe accessible to tourists. As the name suggests, a characteristic feature of this cave is that there is always a strong breeze blowing through it. This wind, which reaches speeds of up to 40 kilometers per hour at today's cave entrance, is caused by the temperature differences between the cave interior and the outside air.

The Cinque Terre is a 15 km long rocky coastal strip that stretches between Levanto and La Spezia on the eastern side of the Riviera of Flowers. The name refers to five villages that are beautifully situated on the steep, high cliffs. The Cinque Terre includes the villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. Since 1997, the five villages of the Cinque Terre have been on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
