Take a break with family or friends in Sole & Luna cottage, comfortable and cozy, deep in the green hills of Tuscany near the ancient medieval village of Montescudaio.
The private swimming pool and the solarium are located in front of the house in a fully fenced garden: a magnificent frame of 1.000 sqm nestled among the beautiful Tuscan hills, with umbrellas and sun loungers. Ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday in nature.

The apartment is furnished carefully with style and equipped with all comforts (air conditioning).
The terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, and vaults instantly bring you to the charming and typical Tuscan environment.

The apartment is on two levels.
On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with an open kitchen, an extendable table for 4 or 6 people, chairs, a comfortable sofa bed, and a TV. A small hallway leads to the badroom and bathroom. The bathroom with a window is tastefully furnished and complete with sink, bidet, shower, and washing machine. Near the bathroom there is the first double bedroom with a four-poster bed, a wardrobe, and a mirror, all in rustic Tuscan style.
By ascending a large staircase from the living room, you can access the second double bedroom. it is a lovely loft that is reserved and comfortable, with a bright window overlooking the garden and surrounding hills. (The ceiling height is 2.30 meters). The room is equipped with a wardrobe and dresser. (There is the possibility of
adding an extra single bed).

The apartment is surrounded by a well-kept garden and a wooden pergola allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors, enveloped by the sweet scent of jasmine. You can use the masonry barbecue.
Two private car parks, one covered.
Pets are allowed and thanks to the fenced garden they can stay in complete freedom.

The house is located in a strategic location.
Montescudaio (a characteristic medieval village) is 2 km from the property, here you can find: banks, shops, groceries and restaurants, where you can taste tuscan cuisine accompanied by the excellent wines of local
production.

The Etruscan Coast is approximately 20 minutes away from the apartment, where you can enjoy refreshing baths at the sandy beach and cobalt blue sea. The coast's fame is due to the combination of free beaches
with a large pine forest behind and private beaches that offer services. 
Near Montescudaio are other medieval villages that have their own unique characteristics and offer wine and local food for tasting (Casale Marittimo, Castagneto Carducci, Riparbella, Querceto, Bibbona). The charming villages of Volterra and Bolgheri, famous for their Sassicaia wine production, are within 30 minutes of the apartment.
From Volterra, continuing for 20 km, you reach San Gimignano, another characteristic medieval village famous for its 14 towers.
Pisa airport and the renowned art cities of Lucca, Florence, and Siena are within an hour's drive from the apartment.
