The apartment Fontana (approximately 70 m2) consists of a large kitchen (with fireplace), which is connected by a wide open passage to the spacious living/bedroom where there is also a sleeping area with a double bed and a spacious bathroom.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated with a mix of Italian, Dutch and Asian antiques. By means of a curtain, a sleeping area can be created with two single beds.

In front of the kitchen is a pergola, where you can eat outside.

Small-scale, authentic and child-friendly. The farm "Gli Asini Felici" (The Happy Donkeys) is located in the middle of vineyards, olive groves and forests against the foothills of the Apennines at an altitude of about 450 meters.

From the property you have a beautiful view over the valley of Pescia and Uzzano (province of Pistoia). You can even see Lucca and Monte Serra, behind which Pisa lies and in clear weather you can catch a glimpse of the sea.

A winding road takes you to the farm "The Happy Donkeys", which has been completely ecologically rebuilt and equipped with all modern comforts (see "Photo report" under the heading "Surroundings" for a detailed report of the renovation).

We have dogs, cats and two donkeys, who can sometimes bray at night. Dogs are welcome (max. two per host family), provided they are of course social with the other animals. Please let us know when booking.

May I introduce myself: I'm Doesjka Korthals and have been living in Italy since 1982. In 2004, I have an old, bought dilapidated farmhouse, which was demolished and rebuilt according to ecological principles Pianacci. Since 2008 I live here with Mikky and Stefan, a Romanian couple who had been living with me in my previous home. Together we run my country stuff Gli Asini Felici (Happy Donkeys) with associated farm site and hope to welcome this summer.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Gli Asini Felici conditions

Reserve:

When booking, € 200,= of the total rent must be credited to our account within 2 weeks. The reservation is confirmed when we have received the payment. The payment of the remaining amount must be received by us 6 weeks before arrival. For reservations within 6 weeks, the total amount must be transferred. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the conditions are not met.

Annul:

Within 7 days of the date of confirmation, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge, except for reservations made within 6 weeks of arrival. In case of early departure or later arrival, no refund of payments made will be made.

Cancellation refund:

42 days before arrival 60% of the amount of stay *

41 to 14 days before arrival 40% of the stay *

13 to 7 days before arrival 20% of the stay *

6 to 1 day before arrival you pay the full amount of the stay

*minus reservation fee of € 15

Rent apartments, furnished tents and log cabins:

The rental period is from Saturday 4:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM.

Water and electricity are included in the rate.

The rental price is excl. sheets, towels and cleaning fee.

Use of sheets (own or rented) is mandatory.

Linen package € 15,= p.p.

Towel package € 7.50 p.p.

Cleaning Fee:

Fornellino, Safari tents, Log cabin € 40,00

Fontana € 50,00

Damages caused by the tenant are for the costs of the tenant.

The landlord cannot be held liable for malfunctions in the swimming pool, water, electricity, supply and/or nuisance due to extreme weather conditions.

Staying in the accommodations, the grounds and the swimming pool is at your own risk. The landlord cannot be held liable in the event of accidents.

The tenant must take care of such insurance that the damage caused by him is sufficiently covered.
