The apartment Fontana (approximately 70 m2) consists of a large kitchen (with fireplace), with a broad open passage is connected to the spacious sitting / bedroom which also has a sleeping area is a double bed and a spacious bathroom.

The apartment is tastefully decorated with a mix of Italian, Dutch and Asian antiques. Through a curtain can be optionally created another room with two single beds.

For the kitchen is a pergola, which can be delicious eaten outside.

Small, authentic and kid friendly. The farmhouse "Gli Asini Felici" (Happy Donkeys) Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods at the foothills of the Apennines at about 450 meters.

From the grounds you have a wonderful view over the valley of Pescia and Uzzano (Pistoia). You can even see Lucca and Monte Serra, behind Pisa, and you can see a glimpse of the sea in clear weather.

A winding road takes you to the farm "Happy Asses", which has been rebuilt completely ecological and equipped with all modern comfort (see "Photo shoot" under the heading "Environment" for a detailed report of the renovation).

We have dogs, cats, two donkeys, which at night sometimes can beams. Dogs are welcome (max. Two per family), provided of course they are social with other animals. Well notify when booking here.

May I introduce myself: I'm Doesjka Korthals and have been living in Italy since 1982. In 2004, I have an old, bought dilapidated farmhouse, which was demolished and rebuilt according to ecological principles Pianacci. Since 2008 I live here with Mikky and Stefan, a Romanian couple who had been living with me in my previous home. Together we run my country stuff Gli Asini Felici (Happy Donkeys) with associated farm site and hope to welcome this summer.

COVID MEASURES FOR A SAFE STAY

The Italian borders have been open to foreign tourists for a while, but it is important to follow several rules for a carefree stay for you and for the environment.

Guests are required to report to the management upon arrival.
The head of the family must sign a certificate upon arrival certifying that the family is in good health.
Safety distance is very important; indoors, in a closed space (no matter if public or private) it is mandatory to wear a mask. Outdoors it is mandatory if you cannot observe the safety distance (at least one meter). This of course does not apply if you are alone with your family.
Wash your hands regularly! With soap or with disinfecting hand gel that you will find in different places in your accommodation.
Only a certain number of people may be in common areas at the same time. There must also be 1.5 meters between benches, seats, chairs and tables. So gatherings are prohibited.
Guests are responsible for keeping their own accommodation clean during their stay.
External visitors are not allowed.
