Villa SoleLuna is located in a green residential area on the higher side of the village. The garden, the veranda and the balcony offer beautiful sea views. News: since 2021 with Jacuzzi and Solarium in the garden!
Restaurants, shops, the sea and the harbor are about a ten-minute walk away.
From the garden with tall trees, lawn, terraces for sunbathing and resting places in the shade to rest, you arrive at the raised veranda. This 30 m2 covered veranda also has an outdoor kitchen with bbq and is directly adjacent to the indoor kitchen, living room and hall. This hallway and the first bathroom are an eclectic mix of modern design and tasteful antiques.
On the ground floor are the large living room with fireplace and the modern open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances including two ovens (combi and steam oven) and water filters, flows through glass doors into the veranda where an extra gas stove and bbq can be found.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom, with a double bed, is modernly furnished with details from the beginning of this century and has a romantic balcony with breathtaking sea views.
The second bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed, has antique furniture and a skylight overlooking the tall trees of the garden. The third bedroom, with a single bed, has a mix of modern and antique furniture and a window overlooking the coast.
The bedrooms have spacious dimensions. A baby bed can be placed in one of these rooms on request. The villa was renovated in 2017 and equipped with all comforts including both bathrooms on the first floor. One of the three bathrooms has a bathtub and shower cabin, while the other two have spacious shower cabins.
Villa SoleLuna has wifi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and TV. The garden has a watering system that also supplies the vegetable garden with different types of herbs.
