What a beautiful property. Excellent location, within walking distance of the village. Lovely covered terrace and hot tub. House has a lot of stairs and height difference. As a result, it is not convenient with very small children. Modern kitchen with all necessities. The view from the balcony at the front is magnificent. You can see the sea!

Spotless, excellent location, privacy, really fully equipped and on top of that you experience hospitality with a capital G.
The villa is beautifully decorated and super comfortable.
Quarcinella is also a very nice town with beautiful bays and delicious restaurants.
Lidia also ensures that you can easily find your way around this small town.
I am convinced that we will come back here.
Next time Tuscany could very well be next time Villa Soleluna.

Extremely friendly attentive landlady. Beautiful house, cozy, well furnished. Beautiful garden. Good location for water sports, beach and culture (a little further). Definitely recommended.

A lovely house in a small Italian village on the coast of Tuscany, near Livorno. A 5-minute walk from the beach and some simple restaurants and shops for daily groceries. Nothing wrong with that. We had a wonderful stay, the house offers all the comfort you could wish for. Lots of privacy; There is no swimming pool, but that was not an issue for us. We will definitely come here again.

The house is located in a residential area with beautiful tall pine trees; Unfortunately, depending on the wind direction, the main road can be heard.
