In this cozy holiday home it is nice to come together and the only must is to enjoy the peace, each other, the Italian culture and the surroundings. The enchanting view over the Tuscan valley and the serenity that we have experienced here since the first day, we could not keep to ourselves. After modernizing the house, while naturally retaining the beautiful Italian character as much as possible, Casa il Giovane is ready to receive the first guests. In addition, the property is 25 minutes away from the beautiful Tuscan coast. You can also use the adjacent swimming pool during your stay.

The property is suitable for 2 guests (an additional person on request).

Layout ground floor: Living room with sofa bed (double), kitchen, bathroom / toilet.
First floor layout: Bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite TV (all NL channels), a wood-burning stove and a nice (bed) couch. The spacious kitchen has an electric hob, oven and a round dining area. Furthermore, the bathroom with sink, toilet and spacious shower can be found on the ground floor.

On the first floor is the bedroom with wardrobe and with views over the valley, air-conditioned.

The ultimate in summer enjoyment is the sunny terrace, which invites you to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner and after dinner. The sun loungers on the terrace again offer a view of the green valley.

Parking in front of the door via private driveway. Furthermore, it is a non-smoking house where pets are not allowed.

At the neighboring neighbors you can use the shared beautiful swimming pool. Experience the tranquility with the beautiful view over the valley with the typical Italian olive trees.

Prata offers a small, idyllic restaurant within walking distance where you can enjoy old Italian recipes. In nearby Suvereto you can enjoy historic buildings, nice restaurants and cafés.
