This beautifully restored barn was originally a small "metato" used by the local farmers as a storage place and later as a stable.
The house has been renovated and enlarged by the current owners and offers breathtaking views of the surroundings of Lucca and the Valdinievole. The house is built on the outside in natural stone and on the inside it reflects the typical Tuscan style with ceilings with small beams and tiles in "terra cotto" and a stone staircase.
Villa Veduta is about 140 square meters in size and consists of two floors. The villa is located on one of the most famous hills of the Lucca area, both for the quality of the air and for the views. The pool is located on a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy unforgettable views.

The house has two floors. The ground floor composes of living room with sofas (one sofa bed) and TV, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. An internal stone staircase with 16 steps leads to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one single (with the possibility of an additional single bed), all with private bathroom with shower.
Outside:
The garden has an area of 3,000 square meters, most of which consists of lawn with flowers and ornamental plants. The kitchen opens onto the porch with a large table, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a barbecue available for guests. The impressive view from the garden is endless.
The unheated pool is accessible via 49 steps and has a rectangular shape with salt purification and measures approximately 11 x 4.5 meters with a fixed depth of 1.40 cm. Access to the pool is facilitated by a Roman staircase with 6 steps. There is also a 3 x 3 metre children's pool with a fixed depth of 45 cm. The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.
