- Refundable deposit by cash or credit card: €800 per stay
- Electricity: €0.70 per kWh
- Tourist tax (mandatory): €2.50 per person per day

Policy
Rental prices include linen, initial cleaning, gas for cooking and hot water. Electricity and heating are charged extra upon consumption or at a fixed amount. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer and must be done in accordance with local regulations. Failure to do so may result in a fine of €100 to €150 upon check-out. On departure an inspection of the property will be carried out to ensure that no items are missing and that there is no abnormal wear and tear to the property caused by the tenant (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burnt linen, etc.) . Depending on the assessment, the deposit will be refunded. For safety reasons, use of the wood-burning oven/barbecues must be arranged upon arrival and may be restricted in accordance with local environmental regulations. Tourist tax is not included in the rental price. Depending on availability, a baby cot and high chair are usually provided free of charge. Late check-in is possible. After 8pm a fee of €50 is required and after 10pm a fee of €100. Any late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
