This beautiful villa is located in a quiet location just outside the beautiful town of Caminha with great views over the wooded slopes.
The spacious villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished and meets the highest standards. The accommodation is spacious and there is an open and airy feel to the villa. The furniture has been carefully chosen, for both comfort and harmony. The living room overlooks a beautiful, covered terrace for outdoor dining. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool and enjoy the view from the terrace with a cool drink of your choice. Although the building is located in the countryside, the most suitable facilities are close by. The local shop in the village is 1 km away. Caminha, a small and beautiful town with beautiful 15th and 16th century buildings is about 6 km away. Day trips from Caminha to Spain are also possible. A ferry connects the two banks of the Minho River. The sandy beaches of Moledo and Afife are easily accessible by car, but you can also travel by train from the train station in Caminha. Various sporting activities are possible within a short distance, including horse riding, rafting and canoeing. An excellent 18-hole golf course is located in the hills just outside the Roman town of Ponte de Lima, approximately 40 minutes' drive away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit surrender: € 50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax to be paid on site:
1 May to 30 September : € 1.50 per person over 16 with a maximum of 7 nights
1 October to 30 April: € 1 person over 16 with a maximum of 7 nights

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 75 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
