Large garden with its own swimming pool, olive groves, various terraces and breathtaking views. Veranda with dining table for 10 people. Lucca 15 minutes drive, Pisa 30 minutes, Florence 60 minutes, Beach and sea 35 minutes. Siena and Orvieto at 90 minutes.
Pisa airport: 30 minutes.

Around the house there are lands that have a golf course as their destination. Nothing has happened here for 12 years. You can now walk through it fine
It is only 5 km to the beach by car. Both private and public beach, there is also a special beach for dogs.

Every year in mid-October the olives are harvested and pressed into delicious oil.
We have both white and red grapes
We make grape juice from the grapes. We have far too little to make wine. We'll leave this to the experts
