Casa Girasole is a beautiful early 20th century Tuscan farmhouse located in the Niccone Valley. Casa Girasole can comfortably accommodate 8 people, set in approximately 3 hectares of grounds with its own swimming pool, meadows, olive groves and woods, and enjoying fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside.
Immersed in the countryside, it is the perfect property to be in contact with nature and enjoy a family holiday.

The villages of Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone are a 6 km drive away and offer supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurant. Cortona, Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia and Siena are within easy reach by car.

Cortona is a town of Etruscan origin in the mountains of the province of Arezzo in the Italian region of Tuscany. The city was founded on one of the earliest inhabited hills of the province and with rich relief streets comparable to cities like Assisi and Volterra.

Cortona is situated not far from the border between Tuscany and Umbria. In the west, the town spreads wide Valdichiana Valley with the backdrop of the extinct volcano Monte Amiata (1738 m). The Lake Trasimeno in Umbria is visible from the higher parts of the city.
