Casetta dell'Angelo; a nice 1 room studio on the grounds of our house Casa Gambaroncia, 8 km from the medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino. We live in a small and friendly Italian farming community in the hills, the last kilometer via gravel road, suitable for any car, despite occasional bumpy. The studio is also suitable for a shorter stay during a tour. A longer stay will also be pleasant.

A private place under the mostly shining sun, furnished for 1 or 2 people with 2 single beds or a double bed, a sitting area with TV (Dutch channels), toilet/sink/shower, wardrobe with a large terrace with jacuzzi outside and use of a well-equipped outdoor kitchen. Near the outdoor kitchen is a table top refrigerator at your disposal. Breakfast service on the first morning is possible; several days please in consultation.

The view over the valley (Valle di Chio) is breathtaking and our place is loved by nature lovers, who are also interested in culture, Tuscan cuisine and/or sports activities. From this place all this is within reach, because our house and studio are very centrally located. And we are ready for advice and assistance, if desired.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A cancellation must be communicated immediately to the landlord with a written confirmation, such as an e-mail.
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start date: 30% payment
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start date: 40% payment
Cancellation up to 2 weeks until the start date: 50% payment
Cancel from the start date or during the stay: no refund, so full rental price due
