Morgiano consists of two old stone houses dating back to the Florentine republic (13th century). The property is secluded at the end of a natural road in complete privacy. The houses are surrounded by 5 hectares of gardens, woods, olive groves and fruit trees. Guests have access to our vegetable garden, the swimming pool and a large library area. Sustainability is important to us so we have solar panels, heating with wood and follow the principles of permaculture.
The apartment has its own outside seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and is easily accessible (no stairs).
The location is perfect for walks in the Prato Magno nature reserve, visiting the cities of Florence and Arezzo and the Chianti region.
