You reach the villa through the beautiful wrought iron gate via a lovely, well-kept garden with entrance square. From here you reach the entrance of the house via a staircase (five steps) or via the covered parking space that can accommodate up to six cars with direct access to the villa.

The villa is spread over three floors above ground. On the ground floor we find a large entrance with fireplace that opens onto the dining area with even more dining tables, a practical office ideal for smart working, a kitchen with utility room, as well as a reading room with library, a TV room and utility room. Rooms. A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor.
