We are Renske and Michiel. In 2019 we started our Italian adventure. We completely renovated our house in 2019 and 2020 and the swimming pool was built in 2021.

We started renting out in 2022. Every comfort has been thought of: The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, there is a large TV and a Sonos music system in the living room, the kitchen is modern with oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. The bathrooms have modern sanitary facilities.

  • In high season and mid season, the minimum rental period is one week (7 days), with changeover days on Saturdays.
